I bought this as a gift for my 2 year old niece as a fun yet educational (kind of) birthday present [note that the box says that these are recommended for ages 3+ however]. Before giving it to her I took a look at everything and was really impressed with the quality of the toys. The wooden toys are especially great. The only ones that are a little less quality are the castanets and the wooden clapper, only because they are held together by a stretchy elastic band that looks like it could be untied or broken by a particularly determined child. Aside from that minor (really minor) detail, these seem great. Definitely a toy you should get a lot of use out of. My toddler niece loved it AND her parents had a blast playing with it themselves, so it's a win win I guess.

Great assortment of instruments! Well made, good sound, provides lots of fun for grandson. Since he is just two-I put the triangle away until he is a little older. He loves the wristlet jingle bells and the castinettes. The clacker is a little difficult for him to manage so I use it when we are playing. Description states for age 3 and up but with supervisions younger toddler will enjoy. Great educational and fun gift !

I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of these little instruments! They are so well-made, and there is such a variety of fun instruments in the nice carrying bag they came in. I'm so excited to use them in our church nursery with the little ones. I know they are going to love them!

I purchased this set of instruments for my little grandson who was a year and a half years old. I purchased it for him for Christmas. When we opened the little carrying case that it came with, we were all impressed with the quality of the instruments. He is now 2 and these instruments are still some of his favorite toys to play with. Most of the instruments are made of wood. The triangle and the bells are metal and everything is constructed very well. I honestly didn’t expect this type of quality for the price. I would definitely recommend this purchase. I promise you, you won’t be disappointed.

I wanted to find something fun, attractive, durable, and of good value for our children. This is the product to get. I am very pleased and can't wait to hand them out to the children. This provides music, teaching moments, and the ability to evaluate their certain abilities on another level.

We love this set. I have twin almost two year old boys who attend a baby music class every week. I love that there are two of most of the instruments. These are similar to the instruments used in class. The castanets were a little funny, but after adjusting the strings they worked just fine. The wood finish is good, I’m not worried about splinters and am very happy with the sound and quality of these instruments.
