Too tight, made a nerve in my chest hurt for days. It did help my posture, but it wasn't worth it in the long run. I would possibly consider trying another brand. This one was just incredibly small.

I have had a habit of slouching my shoulders for years; it looks bad and it gives me bad posture. This corrector really works. It makes you hold your shoulders upward; it forces you to walk with good posture 😀

Wore this around the house for a little bit to get the field of it before going out and using for the day.
