Works good. Needs better instructions on setup and install. Website was iffy at best. Could use a better compass to set it up.

I ordered this product to be delivered overnight. It cost me $250 plus the $175 for the satellite dish!! There were no instructions with it & we never got it to work!!! I expected an overnight delivery fee but never $250!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

No instructions but husband figured it out. Works as good or better than we hoped when camping. Super happy.

Ordered what was advertised as an RV portable dish for our RV. I assumed it would be a smaller version of our home Direct TV dish. It turned out to be the same size and maybe larger. We didn't even take it out of the box knowing it would not work for us. Tried to return it but was told I would have to pay the shipping to return. It cost $106 to mail it back to the company.

I would not buy this item again, never could get it to work, no instruction included, but they will email them to you. Then you will need a DTV signal meter to set everything, RIDICULOUS. I THREW MY ENTIRE ASSEMBLY IN THE TRASH DUMPSTER.
