My 5 year old son is a very picky eater. I was worried he wasn't getting all of the necessary nutrients in these formative years of his brain development. I decided to give this a try. I mix it in with his drinks and very quickly we noticed an improvement in his mood and behavior. It was shocking, actually. My daughters’ doctor recommended this vitamin for my kids. He suggest me drop it to the milk but I researched and it is the best to drink without milk. This vitamin contains high concentrate of iron so the milk should avoid take with this vitamin. So I use syringe to let her drink this vitamin but the flavor isn’t easily to take. Most kids medications is sweet so it helps kids easy to swallow but this one is not. However, the expiration is too soon. I bought many of it for our 4 months trip and now I realize it is about to expire. One thing I like this vitamin is high concentrations of iron to helps my kid develop.
