I’m in my 40s and have recently had to switch to a gluten free diet due to an autoimmune disorder. I was in the dumps because I could not find a decent pancake mix. I had tried other King Arthur gluten free products and loved them so I decided to purchase this. Let me just say that these are not only the best gluten free pancakes I have ever had but they are also even better than other regular, non gluten free pancakes I have had. My husband said the same. They are not gritty at all, super fluffy and absolutely delicious. Will be buying more ASAP!

I purchased this mix for my toddler granddaughter's pancakes but after making her a couple, everyone tasted them and thought they were so good that I continued to make an entire batch! I have tried other gluten free mixes and you can tell right away that they are not the regular stuff but this, definitely health oriented, tastes great and easy to use.
