I’ve struggled with plantar fasciitis for quite some time, and being on my feet all day was becoming exhausting. The heel cup is wonderful and helps with the pain I was having. However, the drop off is noticeable. It does not taper out nicely. If there were more of a taper, it would feel 1000% more comfortable to use. I will use this and get used to that feeling, but if you are sensitive to such things, you may not like this product. For the heel pain I was having, this product worked beautifully.

They are ok, at first seem to be comfortable but one tore after two wears .

I do not know what I would do without these! They are such a saving grace :-) I’ve had plantar fasciitis surgery, and the doctor recommended these to prevent ever having to go through surgery again. I will tell you as a teacher I’m on my feet for over eight hours a day. These things are a godsend to help. Take the pressure off my feet!

I was diagnosed with Achilles tendonitis, and my doctor gave me a pair of gel heel inserts as part of my therapy. I wanted inserts for my other shoes, so I ordered these. They are every bit as durable as the doctor's pair, they fit all my shoes very well, and best of all they don't move around due to the tacky finish on the bottom. They stick to my shoes, but not to my socks. Very pleased.

Other heel pads are too thick for my arch support shoes and these are way better! My right heel that has a heel spur in it still hurts after a long day at work on my feet but these make it much more bearable! I like them!

The original page on Amazon says clearly "6 Pack", and I thought I was paying for exactly that at $32.00 still very dear, but the reviews said it was really good. I received only one pair. Exorbitant at that price.
