Arrived is such a mess just opening the plastic caused an issue in my house! I didn’t even continue to open package since it ruined my carpet! Terrible shipping and when they come in bags like this I’m wondering if it is a return which by my state law is against the law to resell used cosmetics! ***As you can see by the pictures how messy and the condition it arrived in.
