This arrived today, and the first thing I did was put a piece of kitchen roll inside and submerge it for 30 minutes, to be completely sure it's safe. (All the information says it's well-rated, but small product flaws can happen and it's a good idea to check before putting an expensive piece of equipment in it!). Absolutely perfect, not one spot of water on the tissue. Then I checked my phone worked alright in it, because my phone has a feature that's meant to prevent pocket-dialling, and if it senses anything in front of the camera the touch-screen can be difficult to operate. Not a problem, the plastic is clear enough not to register for this. I have a OnePlus 6T and there's a silicone case that covers the back and sides that I did *not* have to fiddle with removing to fit it into this waterproof case. Which is a bonus for me, I find removing the silicone case to be a pain! One note of warning, I haven't actually had an issue but the feel of the plastic makes me feel like I should be careful putting my phone in so I don't accidentally tear the top, but that could be me being worried over nothing. Not that being careful is a bad idea. And definitely make sure it's fully sealed before putting it anywhere near water! It took me a minute to figure out how to open it because there's more than one place it says "open" which I found misleading. If you just push the small tabs on the side, it's easy to open and close and lock in place. But I really like this case, it's perfect. I bought it for using my phone in the bath (I like to listen to music!), for the beach, and for sitting in a friend's hot tub. I have full confidence this will do what I need. Really glad I bought it.

This is good, worth every penny Used on a holiday in Greece for 2 weeks on the beach most days. Went snorkelling with this around my neck and protected my iPhone 7plus from sand and sea Note. When using under water there’s are a number of issues 1. Touch screen doesn’t work at all 2. Must use phone buttons to take photos 3. A Phone is almost useless at photos for the following reasons - in bright sunshine you will not be able to see your screen properly or at all really - when taking photos you will accidentally change the phone to video or portrait or slow mo etc and since you can’t see the screen properly you won’t know till you are back on shore - using a phone underwater is hopeless as it’s got such a large surface area you will struggle to keep it pointing at the subject - since the touch screen doesn’t work underwater you can’t focus the phone on a fish or rock - autofocus underwater is hit and miss, if you take 50. photos 3 will be good, 4 ok the rest out of focus or not in shot - remember you can’t see the screen Once out of the water the touch screen will work using this case (assuming you didn’t let any water in or the phone wasn’t damp) and the home button will work. For me fingerprint Id didn’t work Overall the above problems are probably for all of these cases, not his one Summary - this is good for a short break and will save your phone if you drop it more than 1meter - if you want underwater photography, buy a underwater camera, your phone won’t do - this case is good for casual photos and is a bit of a laugh Highly recommend

So most people's no 1 question, is 'does it keep my phone dry' and understandably so, (The answer BTW is yes). The second one, should be, 'Does the line and chord that is used, last more than a half dozen goes, before it comes undone and you almost lose your phone'... because the answer for me.. is a big fat NO! Whilst swimming in a Lake District tarn, I had my phone in the pouch around my neck and I was holding the phone in my hand a lot of the time. However as I got tired swimming back to land I let go of the phone. Just as I touched land I took hold of my phone and at that moment the chord that attaches the pouch to the lanyard broke! Had I not had hold of the phone, I would almost certainly have lost my phone! If you only want to use this thing for keeping your phone dry and you will ALWAYS have your phone in your hand.. it's great. For me I am not totally replacing the lanyard.

Had this for over 5 years and still going strong! Tested it out in the sea and swimming pool not a single leak!

I purchased two waterproof phone cases—one for my Samsung S24+ & Samsung 23 Ultra. The cases are truly waterproof; no water gets inside. The neck lanyard is sturdy, and the closure feels secure. Only time will tell how durable they are since I’ve only just started using them. I’m deducting one star because the brand label partially covers the rear camera on both phone models. Other than that, I’m very satisfied! I’ve already tested these cases during my vacation—as seen in my video, I submerged my phone (with the camera on) in saltwater, and it worked perfectly. You can still take photos and videos while the phone is inside the case, though fingerprint unlocking isn’t possible. These cases also provide excellent protection against sand, dust, and moisture. A great purchase overall!
