I have had this reformer for a couple of weeks now and when I first received it, there were a couple of problems but the seller quickly helped fix everything and sent me replacement parts as quickly as possible. Once I was able to use the reformer, I loved it soooo much. It is very easy to set up and its foldable which is great for me since I don't have a lot of room to store a reformer 24/7. It is a bit of a hassle having to fold it and assemble it every time I want to use it as it is a bit heavy and big but I don't mind because I love doing pilates and being able to do it at home means I will do my pilates more often! It's definitely cheaper than paying for an unlimited membership to the pilates studio and once you have your moves down, you can just replicate them at home!

As a pilates beginner you would think they would have a pamphlet or something offering suggestions on how to use the reformer and how to.place the springs, so that part of it was a disappointment, but the reformer itself is a great piece of equipment, well built, very smooth & easy to assemble. Its definitely worth the money. I would recommend this reformer.

Received the product but missing the entire head rest and all support pieces. Very disappointed!

Great machine for the price, and not too heavy. Good quality with the critical parts still being wood, but frame is metal keeping it on the lighter side. It was very easy to put together, only took about 15 minutes. All pieces and tools were included. This is my second reformer to have at home in 10 years, very happy with my purchase.

The springs are very light. Barely feels like I’m doing anything. Otherwise it’s a great reformer.

Great product, good quality. Have been using this machine pretty consistently for 3 months now, everything is working as it should. My expectations have been exceeded!
