Received them earlier than expected and am super excited. They are way heavier than I thought, which is going to be an asset. I love that they recommend low to medium heat for any usage, which will save some on our gas bill. Also, directions on using and cleaning are given in detail along with the reason. This is helpful due to my dislike of being given directions without being told why. After I start to use, updates will follow. ***After two weeks, I’m officially in love with my cookware. So very easy to use and clean up. I’m addicted to washing by hand, drying, and immediately putting them in the cupboard. I’m cooking more on the stovetop than I have in years. A definite investment!

Great pots. I love that you do not have to add oil or butter. The cleanup is even better. I literally just wipe with a cloth let them cool completely and wash with soapy and water. There is no need to scrub. Only down side was the holder for the covers was too long for my cabinet and the pot holder inserts do not fit all cabinets either. So if you have small cabinets you will have to stack carefully. Otherwise worth every penny.

I am a happy cook now . Thanks to my new non toxic cook ware. My only regret, I didn’t buy Caraway cookwares earlier. Now I am on my way of completing a set.
