Is it salty to cook for everyday cooking.

The product does not have a high sodium content which is the reason I use it mostly. And it depends on how much oil you use I usually use 1 - 2 tsp so I do not get a salty taste.

Can i use this to cook/fry on stovetop?

Yes, I use this to cook with on a stovetop. I add to pasta, rice, soup, and in marinades for proteins. You can use it in a pan/skillet to saute with. However, you should not deep fry with this oil.

Is this 100% olive oil?? Not secretly blended with canola oil for the states due to crappy labeling laws?

Yes, completely Olive oil no gimmicks taste really good as well.
