Honestly, these worked out well. They will make your mirrors sit a little higher, but they will let you run a 10mm threaded mirror in an 8mm threaded hole (right hand thread, Yamahas need not apply). To prevent the mirrors from coming loose, or changing position, I would suggest using blue thread locker on the threads, then screw the adapters into the handlebars/headset, followed by threading the mirrors into the adapters, position the mirror and tighten the jam nut down on the adapter. You may also need a taller boot to fit over these; the ones from my scooter were too short, so I ran a pair of mirror boots for a Honda Navi instead. These did the job, Mirrors don't loosen up, so long as you use some thread locker as I said. The finish on the adapters is a satin polished look, so if you're expecting a chrome or mirror polished look, they will need some extra polishing. Otherwise, they are well machined, no burrs or any flaws that I could notice. Used them to run 10mm "Janken" mirrors on an 8mm threaded mount on a Honda SB50 (Photo shows the final result)

Husband is very happy with these. I bought new Handles for my husband's grinders and and Amazon sent the wrong ones. They had 8mm and 10mm for the handles and I chose 8mm but they sent 10mm well amazon wouldn't make it right so I ordered these and now my husband can use the handles I got him.

This is not an M10 to M8 adapter. I was looking for M10 female to M8 male, and I received an M8-1.25 extension piece instead. This is useless for my current project. Further, it is not stainless or shiny chrome, it is poorly done zinc plating. More importantly, this was a waste of my time and money and now I have to spend more than this on gasoline just to return this piece of junk.

I bought these to use with a hydraulic cylinder. They came nicely packaged, and the quality is excellent, but I ended up getting the wrong size and return them.

Worked great on my Honda Monkey 125. I ordered a mirror without checking the size and it didn’t fit. This made it work and now I’m able to use my new mirrors. ✌🏼

This is a perfect fit and must have when using motorcycle bracket for your 72v 50+ mph ebike windshield/windscreen mounting options as they usually are made of plastic and when looking for a better solution ( when plastic bracket breaks) you’ll find metal mirror brackets can be used but bolt is M10 which is to big so this adapter assist with M10 to M8 I spent 30 mins in hardware store with no luck, just to be clear my use was needing a solution for my broken plastic M8 windscreen bracket ( moped windshield/windscreen that broke off handlebar. Hope this helps it took me hrs to find this solution
