Product was easy to use. Hook up product to hose, set to clean, hose down the side of house to be cleaned, set to rinse, rinse off product. Product took away a low of the algae/greeness out of our white aluminum siding quite well. I only applied this product to 1 side of the house and used the whole bottle. It would maybe be enough for 2 sides of a normal 2 story house. I was extra aggressive as it algae was quite noticeable on the siding. It smells of bleach and after looking at the active ingredient, it is mostly bleach. I don't particular care, but to some they might. It took care of a lot of what I was hoping it would. Siding looks more clean. It probably could ahve benefited from being scrubbed, but I do not have a long enough brush or an extension ladder to reach where I would need too. Again, spent about 10-15 minutes total to give a huge improvement on curb appeal for $14 and not having to scrub or power wash the siding.

This stuff is unbelievable. One side of my house was a total mess. I was about to get estimates from power washing companies until a neighbor told me about this. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. It took about a minute, but what’s a minute? The house looks like new. My only issue, if you can call it that, is what it does to windows. Maybe I didn’t read all the small print. You have to rinse he windows really, really well or it leaves white streaks. I saw it in time and now I have clean windows too. It worked great on the downspouts. Have to get more so I can do the rest of the house. I can’t recommend this highly enough. Truly unbelievable. If I had seen a video I wouldn’t have believed it.

Yeah, it's basically just bleach. You're paying for a pretty good bottle you can use over and over again after the 'rip off' of the bleach in water mix. The bottle itself works very well! Off, on or rinse is easy to configure and there is a little red piece that controls if you want to spray father up (you do). I used the mix on my stucco and stains went away after rinse and dry. Looked great. Refilled with bleach and continued, just as good results. So I've got a bottle I can use to clean and refill easily. No issue getting top off and refilling; 64oz.

Easy to use, I have used this for three years in my vinyl house siding and my deck. It takes off the pollen, green mildew and dirt off in seconds. Looks and smells great. Quick and easy. No scrubbing. No need to hire someone to pressure wash. This saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend.

Recommended product. I've used this about 3 years ago and it works. The algae came back again and has been subsequently been removed. This product removes mold, algae, grime and dirt stains from house siding, decks and fences. Just attach your garden hose and spray liberaly. Attachment has Off, Clean, and Rinse settings. Safe when used as directed around your yard, plants and lawn.

I bought this product with hopes of cleaning off a large amount of black mold that was accumulating on my stained cedar deck. I had an oil based stain on the deck that I had applied last year. 30 second outdoor cleaner did a great job taking off the mold on my deck. It was very easy to do and quick. I was excited about the initial result. I tried this cleaner a second time and began to notice that the product was actually fading away my stain and effecting the waterproofing qualities of the stain. No longer did the water bead up on the surface. I have come to the conclusion that there is bleach in this product and that it shouldn't be used on stained decks that you aren't planning to strip and restain, as i am currently in the process of doing as a result of this product.

The product works great but does not reach my second story gables from the ground, and even on a ladder was iffy. That being said I had to use a lot more product than I should have. But! It works so well I ordered 3 more bottles to finish the rest of the house. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t want to scrub or get on a ladder.

I was a little leary after reading some reviews but I took a chance and am very happy with the results. Where we live moss grows on the north side of the buildings. I used the instructions to turn the sprayer to clean and sprayed the back of my trailer by the time I got to the rinse stage a few minutes later most of the moss was already gone. After rinsing I can definitely tell the places were I missed with the cleaner so I suggest making sure you spray well everywhere you want cleaned. Note: I did not use the rinse through the bottle I used a seperate hose sprayer but as stated most of the moss was already gone. I also suggest wearing eye protection. Pros: very easy to use Cons: if you are looking to clean high spots the spray is not strong enough to reach from the ground
