Wonderful, melts in the mouth, good straight or can be used for making fantastic french bread. Very versatile, it's sad though that it doesn't seem like they're made anymore despite being the best seller.

I purchased two “Bauducco Panettone with Chocolate Chips” on December 14th, 2024, and unfortunately, both were disappointing. The first one, with an expiration date at the end of February, was noticeably dry—much drier than any Bauducco panettone I’ve had before. The second one, expiring at the end of July, wasn’t dry, but it definitely didn’t taste fresh. Overall, I was expecting the classic soft, moist texture and rich flavor, but these loaves fell short. I love Bauducco’s products, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t buy them online again.

We use it for bread pudding. Very good taste.
