This is supposed to be an at home spa mask. I see 1 star reviews and people complaining so here is some instructions. 1: Wash fash and "steam" it with a warm towel. 2: apply HALF the product of packet 1 on your face. 3: fill line in cup with water and add powder. 4: MIX MIX MIX until its smooth and it sets FAST so you have to work quickly. 5: apply thick, like icing. You should look like a poor man's Halloween mask, yes, all of it goes on your face. 6: wait 15 mins then slowly peel off. 7: use a toner or water to remove the little bits left behind 8: apply rest of packet 1 and leave on.

This mask feels great after a long day and hot shower. Comes with a bowl and paper spatula. I would recommend using a sturdier spatula if you have one. Their paper one does start to soften in the middle of mixing and applying. I would also recommend someone else apply it for you while you're lying down. Otherwise it does drip down a little down your face or look droopy. I think lying down, you'd be able to get a more even distribution all over the face.

This mask is fun to mix, feels great on my skin, and peels off so nicely. Very satisfying.
