Our cat Ralph had a very irritated area on his back right near tail base and a bit up his tail. We couldn’t touch this area without him getting very worked up. I could see bumps along the area. Def a hotspot for him. Poor baby. I took a chance on this. ONE WEEK USE and the rash/ irritated area is GONE. I lathered it on, making sure I worked it down to the skin the best I could- it’s quite thick. It would gum up in his fur, but he was actually very tolerant of it, and it seemed to almost give him immediate relief - as he slept that night with no trying to naw at inflamed area. This product is the trick! Definitely give it a try if your fur baby is having skin issues. I’m so glad we did.

This worked REALLY fast for my cat’s hotspot in the back center of her neck—it was awful because it was the exact spot I needed to apply flea treatment but couldn’t because of a quarter-size terrible sore from scratching—worsened by the fleas. Desperate, I searched and found this. I also used another popular antiseptic spray first (with “vet” in the name), then applied this over to help create an impenetrable layer. I ordered gauze pads to apply this on the sore. It only took 1 treatment to see some improvement, 2 for even more, and by three treatments it was well on its way to being healed. Finally I could apply flea treatment again, higher than the almost-healed sore (fur was growing back!), and before I did I put more of this on to cover the healing area….so that if the insecticides drained down into the tender area, it would be protected. I highly recommend this product!! It was definitely worth the price. I recommend that spray too and use both together! I don’t think the spray alone would’ve helped as fast without this cream!

This stuff actually works! Relief for our older cat, she's 12. We see a marked improvement on her dry dermatitis. Our 6 year old benefitted from this also. She was starting to get dry skin on her back near her tail. Minus one star because she has a balding spot now where this balm was placed. Hair is growing back never completely went hairless. Just started us a bit. Both appear to be happier and more comfortable. Which was the main objective all along. Other users just place this on a test spot and see how it goes for a week or two. Just to be safe.

This stuff is awesome!! My poor cat started struggling with dry skin and dandruff when the cold hit and she irritated her skin licking the dry itchy areas. I applied this cream as recommended, and the irritated spots have healed and her skin is doing so much better. I have ordered this twice now and will definitely keep some on hand! I highly recommend this!!

I've used this on several cats for acne and hot spots. It works fast and gives great results. Its not greasy and doesn't gunk up their fur.
