I'm 72 & have white hair. Sometimes, I have a little yellow tint to my hair. It can be caused by meds or your environment. My hair dresser recommended a purple shampoo. I've used the It's a 10 spray in conditioner for Blondes it worked well. It had a great smell. So ,I thought I'd use the shampoo. It helps some with the yellow tint, but it does not smell good. It's a little pricey for me. I won't buy this again.

I’ve been buying this since I bleached my hair. And when I run out if I don’t feel like paying the price for this I’ll try a different brand each time this happens to compare until I break down and buy another bottle of this because it’s the best as far as toning down the yellow and brassiness without drying it out a whole lot. I use this with the potion mask and it helps with a longer amount of time in between bleaching my roots as well. I recommend it if you’re naturally a very dark brunette like myself who’s went platinum because of the extensive damage it does to your hair this is the best for toning and damage control.
