Omron HBF 222T Complete Digital Body Composition Monitor With Bluetooth

I purchased this model of Omron Body Composition Monitor in March 2022. It's been 4 months now since I've been using it. Earlier, I had my apprehensions about ordering this as there are many other weighing machines available online but this is not just a weighing machine, rather a Body Composition Monitor which tells you about your weight, BMI, fat percent, visceral fat, biological age, muscle mass, and resting metabolism so I now focus not just on losing weight but rather losing fat and gaining more muscle mass. It took me some time to understand how to operate it but once I understood it, it was easy. All in all, it's a great product from a top-notch brand and it's totally worth buying a complete body composition monitor than just buying a regular weighing machine.

It is convenient because it can be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth. The smartphone app is also easy to use.

Don’t think and Just go for it! - If you are looking for a complete Body Composition Monitor with a Bluetooth option, where you can track your BMI Data via Omron Connect App. It gives very accurate results and a must buy device, if you want to have a healthy lifestyle and you need to track your BMI. It gives results related to Body Fat, Muscle, Viscal Fat, BMI and Body Calories as well along with the Weight.

Product is good, but the points system in The app shows Grab points which are no longer available. So, no point racking up points(pun intended).

1. Sturdily built. Was using another competing brand earlier, which went bust in a month! 2. Seamless bluetooth connectivity to the Omron (iPhone) App which allows the iPhone Health App to read weight data. 3. If your feet are dry, the machine may generate an error. A simple workaround is to dampen your feet and the issue gets resolved easily. 4. Data on "visceral fat" is at best a rough approximation which is no fault of the machine really....the medical technology that is available requires on-site testing using sophisticated equipment for accurate results.
