Good quality, I replace the same one I had to cut from a stock anchor. I use it for a 10000 pound 30 feet boat.

Bought this for my new windlass and it worked ok for a while over the summer but after a couple months the splice seemed to get stiff and would not feed through the windlass and now I have to manually feed the splice through to finish hauling in the anchor. other then the splice the rode works fine with my Anchorlift windlass.

I've used several different rodes on my windlass and this has been my favorite so far. it holds up great to rubbing and the splice passes through the windlass flawlessly. 3 strand and 8 strand ropes always seem to come with a splice knot that causes issues passing and results in having to money with it back and forth which can be problematic on a heavy drift with 15' of chain and anchor dangling under your boat. This braided rope is perfect. My only wish is that they offered a 300' version

Very well packaged, shipped quickly and a great rope. The spliced loop to connect the anchor works well in the windlass, but the windlass does chew up the line a bit. I Lengthened the chain for more every day use and use the line extension when needed.

Of course I ordered this over the winter and finished installing it this spring, so it is out of the return window. The rope does not work with Five Oceans Pacific 900 Vertical Anchor Windlass. The splice is very large and actually bent the finger post and spring. Now I get to throw this in the trash, repair the damage it did to my windlass, and find another solution. Cost me much more than $140 paid for this piece of junk.

Ok, truth is that this has not gotten wet yet, but the shippper seems anxious for a review. When attaching this to the anchor I can already tell that it is an upgrade from what I have used for the past few years. Soft braided rope is easy to handle and the chain is nicely heavy. I look forward to secure anchoring all summer.

The splice on the chain will not go through the Quick windlass. The splice is too long and not flexible. Would like to return.
