Like being back in Thailand
Having spent nearly a month in Thailand at the beginning of the year, I came home to the UK, disheartened. The food in Thailand was a taste sensation. But, sourcing ingredients for the meals I ate over there was proving, somewhat, difficult. I looked for recipes for "that taste of Thailand" but struggled to find the one Thai chili paste/jam in local shops. Came to Amazon, found the "Taste of Thailand" and ordered a couple of jars. Just opening that jar made me feel like I was transported back to Thailand. The scent immediately woke my love up and I have been using this paste ever since. So delighted with it that I bought a couple of jars for my daughter and one for my sister (who both wanted that "taste" as their food love was stuck in Thailand) and, they too, were absolutely thrilled to finally find something that would fit those Thai recipes. Can't fault this paste. Just incredible!

35年前タイの子に教わったナンプリックンはもっとエビエビしていて甘くなかった。ご飯によく合って美味しかった。日本向けに作られたのかな？肉団子の隠し味や麻婆豆腐の甜麺醤代わりとか料理に使うといいと思う。
