Puse la llave delta R10000 multi choice en mi cuarto de baño nuevo porque los trims de acabado lucen muy elegantes con un sólo mango cuando está terminando.

Our plumber recommended it. It was easy to install, and we really liked the idea of the water shut off option, if need. Delta is a good brand; my husband, who is a contractor, has never had any problems with this brand.

Product price ordered via Amazon and supplied direct from manufacturer (Delta/Masco) was significantly less than if ordered via big box stores or plumbing suppliers. Delivery was prompt, less than a week, and exactly what I wanted. There are a number of variations of these rough-ins, required for various scenarios. This particular model is for SHOWER HEAD ONLY (no outlet for tub spout). The HF in the part number is for High Flow. The picture provided here is not quite accurate, since it shows both an up outlet (shower) and a down outlet (tub spout).. In reality there is an outlet at the top to go to the shower, and NO outlet at the bottom to go to a tub spout. You can solder connect 1/2 inch copper lines which fit directly into the inside of the threaded fittings, of if you are using PEX then you can solder connect PEX connectors into the inside of the threaded fittings the same way. If you want to connect to both shower and tub spout then you need a different model of rough-in, such as the R100000-UNBX. Some people use the shower/tub rough-in for shower only applications, by just capping off the bottom outlet to the tub which is ok, but I think you may get better maximum water flow to the shower with the shower-only UNBXHF rough-in, since the water flow inside the rough-in is larger and more direct. It's also less work since you don't have to cap off one outlet. Some (but not all) of the rough-ins are available "With Stops". This is designated by "WS" included in the part number. These models include small screw-operated water shutoff points in the casing, and allow you to shut off the water right at the entrance of rough-in, to allow you to change out the cartridge or do other maintenance without needing to shut off the master water supply to the apt or house. The "trim" or "monitor" is purchased separately, and included cartridge and cover plate, handle, etc. It installs into the rough-in after you have completed the tiling or other wall finishing around the rough-in. Note that you have to be extremely careful to mount the rough-in to the correct depth in the wall, so that AFTER the tiling etc is completed, the rough-in will extended just the right amount into the room beyond the tile or whatever, to allow correct mounting of the monitor cartridge and cover plate. The instructions are all provided - read closely, since impossible to correct once tiled over.

I installed this as part of a bathroom remodel. The valve body feels heavy and well made, not flimsy or cheap. Everything lined up cleanly during install, and the connections were precise with no fighting or rework needed. What really stands out is the flexibility. It works with a wide range of Delta trim kits, which makes future updates much easier without opening the wall again. Once installed, the water flow is smooth and consistent, and temperature control is balanced. If you’re building new or upgrading a shower system and want something dependable that’s built to last, this valve is a great choice.
