I take one a day! Great price quality! I use it like an antioxidant and to absorb better the collagen.

These are “biggish” pills but easier to swallow than the big round Vit C pills are. The pale color allows me to differentiate the Vit. C from another similarly shaped white pill.

These have been a staple in my house for years. They have kept my kids and I from catching whatever was going around every winter, and a myriad of allergies the rest of the year. It's obvious when we run out.. the use of kleenex goes up drastically! I am so glad to find these on Amazon now.. so much easier to get no matter where I am! I do wish they were part of the Subscribe & Save program though!
