Fantastic Floor cleaner, makes mopping a breeze, we always hoover first to achieve good results, its a dyson so quality product, we live in a large 5 bed house with hard floor coverings to the entire ground floor and only use 50% battery, highly recommended

This is great. Picks up everthing - grit, mud - as well as leaving the floor very clean. Makes a dull job quick. No detergent required. (I use rainwater because of the hard tap water in my area.) Expensive, but a good investment. Chuck out all your old duster / spray mops, steam cleaners etc.

I have contemplated buying one of these for a while but couldn’t justify the price. They are now still very expensive but with a name like Dyson I thought I would try it. The first and only time I have used it, it did a great job to be fair. I re charged it to commence the cleaning aspect of the machine and the debris tray at the bottom of the machine fell off. It was so badly fitting it wouldn’t stay in place. I contacted Dyson who were no help at all but said I needed a new red tray. They wouldn’t tell me what the issue was but would replace the tray. They did after 2 further phone calls and a weeks wait. The new tray arrived today and is again, such a bad fit it keeps falling off. Dyson on the phone wanted to send me a repair man but won’t even acknowledge there is a fault with the machine. I’ve returned the machine, there are better and more reliable products on the market and Dyson customer service is absolutely dire. Don’t waste your hard earned cash on this machine

Whilst I was initially slightly disappointed in the functionality, I did soon understand the true purpose of this machine. It’s actually very clever how it’s been designed. Its not supposed to compete with other vac mops but rather offer a unique way of cleaning your floors. It’s been designed to simplify the process whilst offering excellent result. Ok so it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles like you get on tineco and dreame vac mops, lots of digital displays with heated drying and huge suction capabilities. Dyson have taken this in a different direction, it cleans very effectively with 2 rollers, the debris tray whilst being a little fiddly does prevent clogging up the machine. It has no suction through design but rather absorbs the water on the floor and then squeezes it out and pumps into the dirty tank. I do feel some improvements could be made, however this is a well through out machine and does a very good job. I would recommend.

This electric mop works extremely well to clean all sorts of surfaces. It can move from hardwood to tiles to linoleum without issue. It’s easy to use and most importantly clean. If you can afford it, get it.

Súper máquina para limpieza

Metto 5 stelle ma .. vedremo. Ho letto molte recensioni discordanti, mi sento di dire che è una lavapavimenti senza sistema di pre-aspirazione quindi prima va passato l’aspirapolvere. L’idea a me piace, i prodotti all-in one fanno mediocremente ogni attività, meglio un prodotto per ogni attività. Detto questo, - usare detersivi idonei. Se usate quelli classici da mocio avrete schiuma in eccesso, in tal caso mettetene pochissimo - va pulito e manutenuto costantemente, smontate cassetto e rulli e lavateli sempre dopo ogni utilizzo; pensate quello che volete ma pulendo a terra è ovvio che si sporchi soprattutto se non spazzate prima, e la funzione autolavaggio non fa miracoli. - mi è capitato come in altre recensioni che il prodotto inizi a perdere acqua: come sopra la manutenzione è alla base di questi prodotti, pulite il filtro del serbatoio rosso , si sporca soprattutto se non spazzate prima. - La sezione dyson sula risoluzione dei problemi è molto ben fornita e accurata e vi segue passo passo ne l’individuazione del problema e risoluzione. (..vedremo più avanti come andrà)

I like the floor washer. It cleans very well and is for me perfect. However I really dislike that the manual is not delivered with the machine. It says I am to download with a qr-code. I can't do that. If the manual would have been delivered with the washer I would give 5 stars. I also think the description at Amazon should inform of the lack of the manual.
