product is good, music quality is good , looks are premium , design is good, but while on call other person hears good quality call but for me call voice of other person is very low i have to listen very carefully what other person is speaking. i am looking for replacement option otherwise good product Update on 16 june 2025:- after replacement i am still facing problem during network calling sound is still low but better then previous one. On the other hand whatsapp calling is super and good. Product quality is little disappointing. Today it fell out of my ear due to sweating, when it hit the ground it splits into two from the joint or seam , i have to put it together but it can happen anytime. Joint should be strong.
