Happy it’s organic ghee but the texture and flavor don’t hold a candle to Ancient Organics ghee I bought this because of the scarcity of Ancient Organics at present.

Firstly, I have eaten Ghee of all types and in many different countries. I will never buy a different Ghee than this one ever again! I smelled it and it smells AMAZING! I handed the jar to my 10yo daughter and she said OMG it small so good can I eat some plain? She loved it just by its self and so did I. I figured out its delicious aroma smells like the melted butter you make when making caramel! It smell a bit like toasted caramel!!!! It is so delicious on green beans, toast, chicken, in your coffee, brownies, or anything you would use butter or oil. It is easy to spread at room temperature. I don't store it in the refrigerator. You may not want to try it because if you do your tastebuds will fall in love. Also, I follow a low carb lifestyle (less than 20g of carbs a day) and I can eat this on a parmigiana crisp when I am really hungry and it tastes great and kills my hunger.

If it werent for this company I wouldn't consume ghee. My number one priority when buying this and eggs is that the animals are treated well and get to live to a natural old age. And are true pasture raised/fed. Other than that and local honey I don't consume meat or other dairy. The dairy/meat/egg industry has become a cruel and inhumane sector that i navigate very carefully to avoid factory farms and the harming of animals at all costs. This farm also lets the calves remain with their mothers instead of being torn away. The company is also based upon the ayurvedic tradition of Indian culture. Which im I love and appreciate so this company has my heart ❤ The product is fantastic and well priced for the quality. Ghee is much better for your health than butter give it a try! (Update I'm now making my own ghee as it's not at all complicated just takes some mostly inactive boiling time. I reuse my jars from this company. It still makes me smile. I'm doing this to save money but boy do I still love this company and it its products)
