The Doux C.R.E.A.M. Twist & Curl Hair Cream is one of those products that just makes styling so much easier. The texture is smooth and rich without feeling heavy so it coats the hair really well but doesn’t weigh it down. A little goes a long way and it spreads evenly which makes twisting and defining curls super simple. The moisture payoff is great. Hair feels soft and hydrated and the definition actually lasts instead of frizzing out after a few hours. It gives a nice hold that feels flexible not stiff so curls look bouncy and natural. The shine is a bonus too it leaves hair looking healthy without being greasy. The scent is sweet and fun without being overpowering and it lingers just enough. Another thing I like is that it layers well with other products if you’re someone who likes to use gels or oils. If you’ve got curls or coils this cream is definitely worth trying. It makes styling twists and curls much quicker and the results are soft defined and long lasting.

I recommend using this with the mouse too. Completely changed my hair game. My hair is frizzy, so although this cream does not define my curls, it is very nourishing and moisturising. You still need a gel to define the curls. This combo with gel, no frizz. Just perfect curl definition. I haven’t found any other products that give me these results even with gel. Also doesn’t leave your hair feeling oily.

I have typical mixed race curls and whilst this product is fantastic at maintaining curls and keeping them moisturised it can build up and be a bit thick. i am having to wash my hair every 2-3 days as it gets quite sticky and bulky with each daily application. I’d probably recommend for tighter curls that drink product. Over all though it smells amazing, great value for £, the texture is like a cream and you can tell the quality.

Works well no white bits

Really defined my curls that lasts for days without refreshing with more cream, only downside is it started flaking when I sprayed my hair with water and reapply the cream, could be down to me not ensuring my hair is very wet before applying. Overall, a decent product that works to define curls.

Strong smell of coconut which I don’t like very much . It’s like body butter.Doesn’t hold much . Not bad but I wouldn’t buy it again. In fact I would return if I have not already used it once. Not for me

Thick and pleasant product if you want to retain the length of your hair.

This product did not work for my daughters 4a/b hair. Found the rest of the line great but this particular one clumps and leaves white bits all over her hair. I typically use a large amount of a product like this for reference so someone who only uses a little may find results different.

It was packaged really well, no leaks. There was a learning curve (on my part), but from the first time i used it, I've gotten so many compliments. It really makes my curls pop! This is a great product!

I really like using glass tumblers since I try to avoid plastics and metals, and I’ve owned several that were very durable and made with heavier glass. This one is definitely cute and looks nice, but unfortunately it isn’t very sturdy. Mine tipped over on the drying rack and shattered, which was disappointing. I wish the glass were thicker and more durable for everyday use.
