Ok flavor not super strong but that's adjustable, quality is good as well...I recommend

Perfect for when you need a lime and don't have one. Very fresh flavor. Perfect for drinks, guacamole, desserts, anything that needs lime juice. Very good. One rounded teaspoon equals a half lime. I am grateful for freeze-dried stuff.

I was very pleased with it. I’ve ordered another powder from this company and was disappointed, but the lime is great! Definitely better than using citric acid. I’ve used it in tea, sauces and guacamole. It has a nice hint of lime without any bitterness.

This Freeze Dried Lime Powder was the exact thing I needed to make homemade Tajin. I don't like how citric acid and other unnecessary ingredients are put in there, so I was able to make my own that tastes just as good with this stuff! It tastes good and worked perfectly.

I decided to try this product because my usual one I order was unavailable. It doesn’t taste like lime and is horrible. I bought 2 bags and opened only one (a spoonful was used) and they won’t refund me or let me send back the unopened bag. PLEASE review other options before trying this one because I’m guessing most customers will be unhappy and please know I almost never write reviews but this one was worth warning people about.
