Keeps hot liquids for a long time

It serves the purpose. It doesn’t keep stuff hot as long as the ones with the glass liners, but it’s satisfied me.

I used this coffee dispenser at a brunch event to serve Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, and it worked perfectly! The coffee stayed hot for hours, which was a lifesaver for keeping guests happy throughout the day. The dispenser was easy to use, mess-free, and looked great on the table. If you need something reliable to keep beverages warm for an event, this is definitely a great choice!

Description was just like the product. Delivered in good time and the price was a value for the money. Size and capacity worked well and there was no sign of leakage.

Much of it is plastic and it arrived damaged. I needed to return it. Unusable It appeared that if it came - not damaged, it would not be long before it would break!

First of all, I love that this carafe keeps coffee hot for a long time, that's a major pro for me. I purchased for my company and we keep a carafe of coffee in the kitchen all day every day and people refill as it runs out. The capacity is great as well, I found that I was able to keep two pre-portioned runs of our commercial coffee maker in each carafe. For events, that's awesome, because we only need 2-3 of these at a time instead of 5-6. Less to wash! I like the look of it as well. But what I don't like is the effort it takes to push down the button at the top to dispense the coffee. I get complaints about that all the time. To the degree that, even though I just purchased these, I'm contemplating getting rid of a few of them already and replacing with the classic lever design. I don't mind it but I'm not in my 60s+, that's the age group that complains the most about the effort. That's the reasoning for the one star deduction.

I bought this for a family picnic brunch and it was amazing! Holds about 20 cups of coffee from a drip coffee maker. 24 hours after I made it it was still warm. Not exceptionally warm, but definitely still warm. It was perfect for what I needed it for. Shipping was fast, well packaged, and definitely easy to use. I highly recommend.

I used two of these for my Christmas party this year- one for mulled wine and one for hot cocoa. Both were SO hot even hours later. I filled up the hot cocoa airpot at around 2pm, and the hot cocoa was still too hot to drink at 7pm when people tried to put it into cups. The mulled wine went in to the airpot at a lower temp, given that you can’t get it too close to boiling, and even that was still hot when we went to fill up cups that evening. The only slight complaint I have is that cleaning them out is a bit difficult, but I will definitely use them again. Friends have already asked to borrow them for their upcoming events this spring.

Pedí dos, uno llegó bien y el otro llegó roto. La parte donde se asegura la tapa no se mira muy resistente por eso no es de extrañar que llegara dañado uno de ellos, tendré que ser cuidadoso al manipular el que si llegó bien. Se mira práctico, guarda la temperatura un tiempo razonable y la bomba funciona bien hasta el momento.
