Nice basic grill that cooks quite well, holds up well
I'm writing this review more of the manufacturer and support than of the item itself; I've just finished assembling it an have not cooked on it yet to be able to give feedback on the grill itself. I can say that the assembly takes a little while; I'm mechanically inclined and it was still over an hour. Once assembled, it's fairly sturdy, though certainly not dead solid feeling as with the grills that cost 10 times as much. For the price, I'd say it has decnt build quality, and for those who said holes didn't line up, I'd recommend installing all fasteners loosely in each step, making sure all align (it'll take some wiggling of parts sometimes) THEN tightening the fasteners. When I did that, I had no trouble getting things to align. My grill arrived with a bit of a beat up box; the manufacturer seems to ship those in the same boxes they would if they were going to the local big box store. That could be improved on, many Amazon sellers have figured out the shippers are gonna be rough, especially on the stuff that is overweight but forced on them by the deal they made to get Amazons business. These guys could benefit from a bit more protection in the box, even if they had to redesign packaging for Amazon sales. The main reason for this review is to give kudos to not only Amazon, but also to the manufacturer's parts service company. One of my cooking grids arrived broken, and a couple sheet metal parts were lightly dented. I probably should have stopped, and let Amazon send a replacement at that point, but I went ahead and assembled it, figuring I'd get the grid replaced. (I didn't care about the minor dents, I use my grill heavily, and they never stay beautiful for long) Amazon would have been happy to ship me a whole new grill and eat shipping on it and the return... but that seemed silly to me. I said I'd reach out to the manufacturer to get just the grid replaced....and the Amazon rep assured me that if there were charges for that, Amazon would refund me! So I called the number for parts from my owners manual, got a very helpful person on the phone at support, and within minutes he had a replacement part on its way to me under warranty, in exchange for a quick email to prove I'd bought the grill within 60 days. So... both Amazon and Nexgrill (parent company of Megamaster) take great care of their customers, and from the other reviews here, I look forward to a grill that should do a great job cooking my food evenly and with plenty heat and shelf space - this really is a LARGE grill - without costing what the shiny ones do, and reportedly, cooking more evenly at the same time. In a couple years, I'll know how well it lasted compared to my last one... a shiny big name brand that cost more than 5 times as much, and lasted only 2 or 3 years before parts started rusting away... like "stainless" burners. Sure I expect this one will show wear due to not being stainless exterior... but, I've grown tired of grills that look beautiful for 10 years after they quit working.( Am I the only one that wonders why big bucks grills can stay pretty on the outside for 15 years with no real TLC, but the guts die in a couple years?)Update, 11 months use.So had it a while, used it a lot. I keep it under a porch roof, roll it out to where there is clear sky above when I cook, don't put a cover on it. If I forget and leave it in the rain, the inside gets wet, washes greasy stuff into the grease pan, and overflows it, making a mess underneath.... it's big (plenty big enough for a dozen steaks, or 30 burgers), has plenty of heat, and heat is quite well distributed even compared to even far more expensive brands. The burners themselves are holding up very well after a year with no apparent rust or changes in the size of the flame holes (meaning still as even heat as when new). The lid, frame, and shelves are painted, not SS, and are doing better than I would have expected. There is some rust on the flame spreaders, and a good bit on the catch pan. However, those parts are actually removable, and could be replaced when needed... or someone more diligent than I could clean them more regularly. Grease is corrosive... I'd say overall, it's a great grill for the price, and I suspect, over a twenty year period, buying a couple of these will give me a much better overall grilling experience at less than a quarter the cost of big name more expensive models... especially as the burner life of my Weber Platinum SS, which cost WAY more than this, was less than 10 years.

Super Product
We owned a two burner in same brand and have had it for years with zero issues. Weathered through extreme hot and extreme cold. We decided to level up with 5 burner. We also didn’t want one with doors that fly open in the heavy winds we get. Took some time to assemble but well worth it. Already fired it up and bbq ny steaks. Excellent product and price point. Cooking capacity is great. Sturdy. Wonderful design. Weight is heavy but the wheels make it simple to move.

OK Grill Good Value for your $$$ (you get what you pay for)
UPDATE: I'm changing my review on this product to 4 stars, because I received the replacement from Amazon. The replacement was in perfect condition, and no dents or broken parts. Assembly was easy enough (about 1 hour for me). This seems to be OK grill, already used it and gets hot very fast with even heat distribution. Again, not the $800 Weber quality when it comes to metal, but sturdy enough after assembly. My advice: buy it from Amazon so you can get a replacement if it comes damaged, because this is good value for the money providing you get it in one piece.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I really had high hopes after reading the reviews. I understand that you get what you pay for, so I did not expect a Weber. My order was delivered fast and the UPS guy was nice enough to even put it in my garage for me. The box was in immaculate condition, no shipping damage. However as soon as I opened the box, i noticed that metal chasis has multiple dents on it, probably made at the factory, so that makes me question their quality control. Also the matal itself was very thin and soft, not what you expect from big metal propane grill. But still, that was not a deal breaker for me, I was about to start the assembly. However removing the grill and all the parts from the box, I noticed that the ignition knob was broken into pieces (it was made of plastic). Not just cracked, but broken beyond repair, rendering ignition function unusable. I'm sending it back. I give it 2 stars, not one, because there is a chance that this was shipping damage. But then again, the box was in perfect shape, so I'm inclined to think this is bad quality control at manufacturing level and poor materials used.

good value, works well
I am a very experienced griller and assembler. This grill was straightforward to assemble (one error of design of the plastic triangle shaped feet that go on the non-wheeled legs required quick adjustment with box knife). Assembly in under 2 hrs while doing other stuff as well, and the grill works well, now through about 15-20 uses.Much easier to clean than my parents Weber gas grill that cost over 2x the price.Cooking a large batch of food (20 chicken breasts or 3 large vegetable grilling baskets or 15 skewers of kebabs) is easy to do without having problems with burning. Nice heat distribution and nice upper rack. Like nearly every gas grill I've used, it has hot spots, but you watch for those and move your food around as needed. 5 burners is nice in that you can adjust whole sections of the grill as needed. I also really like the design for removing entire bottom pan (and/or smaller grease drain catching pan) for cleaning. GREAT FEATURE _ I wish my previous gas grills had this! Igniters work great.
