With supplements it can be hard to say if they are working or not, unless you have labs done, which I will have in the near future. I feel nothing negative taking these, and I take supplements like these because of a car accident many years ago and a kidney was ruptured, so I now only have part of that kidney and I want to take care of it. I know the products in this are good products and good for the kidneys so I will continue to take them. They are not too large and go down pretty easily, I don't have pain so I cannot speak about that. I believe they are a quality product and decent value for money.

Absolutely love this product. Have had zero uti since I started these.

I happened to be a person that really does not like to take pills. However I am at the age where taking pills is a necessity. I like to use the best supplements with the purest ingredients. And I truly believe I get this with Microingredients. However I do not like when i have to take more than one pill a day to make a dosage. I purchased to help with bladder issues but the dosage is 3 pills a day. I probably will look for another product that is only one pill a day when I have used this bottle up. I cannot say it enough. I have been taking these for about five days, I had been having recurring UTI or UTI symptoms off and on for months. Hit menopause and it has really messed with my urinary tract. These are amazing after two days of taking I have no symptoms. I will definitely be purchasing again.
