The item arrived quickly and well packaged, apart from that not much else to say apart from I noticed absolutely no difference in myself whatsoever. I didn't notice a difference in anything that these claim to help or do. I wouldn't be buying again

They work, well! The only non medicated product that actually works. Give em about 2 days to get down in there and get things moving. After that, might I suggest an energy drink so you won't tap out because you're tired.
