Cheap system
Dear Ninja Customer Care Team, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the Ninja NC710 ice cream maker I purchased via Amazon Dubai. I received a 120V device, which is completely incompatible with Dubai’s 220–240V electricity. When I plugged in the device, it exploded immediately, releasing a burning smell. This incident caused me extreme stress, especially as I have a pre-existing heart condition. I am currently taking medication (Poxicad 20, Axabin 20, and Fluoxetine 20), and this dangerous product has severely affected my health and well-being. This is completely unacceptable. I demand that Ninja immediately arrange for the collection of this unsafe device, investigate why it was sent to Dubai, and provide a full explanation and resolution. I reserve the right to take further legal action if this situation is not resolved promptly, as the company’s negligence has put my life and health at serious risk. I expect urgent response. DO NOT BUY IT
Do not buy it. It exploded the capacitor and now I have an ice cream maker that does not work and just for the heads up it’s brand new I just got it

Exploded
As soon as i plugged it in and turned on the machine, it exploded and started smoking, i love the idea i love the brand but maybe a deficiency in the product? I asked for a return but lost the box myself so i cant blame them if they don't accept my return.

Defective
It took a very long time to arrive just to work for like 10 min . Switched off never turned back on again I love the idea but the product doesn’t meet the expectation which is a shame !
