I love this multivitamin with the hair growth lustriva in it. Made my hair thicker on my crown and body soreness was completely gone. I have been consistent since July and seen results in thickness of my hair and skin. This gave me some energy to start my mornings. The mango one is something to get used to. I didn't like the taste at first but I got used to it. The Iron one that taste like berries taste sooo good. I didn't even taste the iron after taste like some products do. Will be purchasing again.
