I was so sceptical about the idea of using no base or top coat for this nail polish I put off buying them how wrong I was Theis is the quickest and most easily applied nail polish I own I do not buy any other brand nails inc have been my favourite for a while always so easy to apply and long lasting When i got this polish i also ordered the nail repair polish so i did a test one hand with just the topless coat and the other hand with the repair polish as a base coat the topless coat on it’s own lasted longer I wasn’t expecting that My only concern would be possible staining if the polish was really dark but after using a darker polish on my toes and having no issues with removing I again was surprised unless certain colours stained I haven’t had that issue The coverage is easy to apply and covers well it’s chip resistant is excellent and the difference between chipping compared to other brands is why I only know use nail inc i think it’s the best nail polish of others similar price The shine is perfect and it looks like a professional colour I will defo be buying more topless polish and hope they continue to do more shades in this range

Easy to apply as is always the case with Nails Inc polishes as their brushes are ergonomically designed for this purpose. Great colour and glossy finish and lasted a whole week ( I used it on my fingernails) despite light housework and other manual tasks during that time. It’s great that no bass or top coat is needed. Just two coats of the polish is enough. Very easy to remove as well, with just one wipe of each nail with nail polish remover.

I love this nail polish. I apply 2 coats to get a smooth, even finish. It lasts well and doesn't chip. I have Lilac and Cornflower Blue. Both are very pretty colours.

A lovely colour (Sofia), but not the best in terms of durability. It dries quite quickly, and the texture is nice, but I managed to smudge it 10 minutes after application so need to allow longer for it to be fully dry. It goes on quite thick, but didn't fully coat. Needs 2-3 coats to give it a good colour and shine. Great that it doesn't require a base or top coat, but that does impact the result. Easy to remove using regular polish remover.

Good coverage, and pretty hard-wearing. Touch-up easily done. Doesn't last as long as LED gel nails- but does better than normal polish.

I love nails inc but this is poor quality. Two coats and you can still see the colour change at my nail tips. No where near as good as the old Gel effect. Won’t buy again and would not recommend.

This is the best nail polish I have ever used. It must really be gel because it’s not chipping and my nails are not tearing and splitting. For me regular polish just chips off immediately. When I go without anything on my nails they split and tear and do not grow out. I was hooked on the salon gel and dip for quite a while and loved it but this is more practical. It’s light pink so the evenness of the color really doesn’t matter and I can’t comment on that. It looks nice but not as nice as a salon manicure. But you can take it off at home and it doesn’t damage nails like consistent salon manicures can do. My nails are actually growing out past the tips a bit which has never happened with regular polish.

I discovered this polish a couple of months ago. It's perfect for a quick manicure or pedicure. The shape of the brush is curved so it's easy to paint by your cuticle. It's a good quality nail polish with both base & top coats. I applied 2 coats and my manicure lasted 6 days with no chipping. That's thru daily cleaning and also multiple hand washing at work every day. The color is beautiful, the polish goes on smoothly, and dries quickly with no streaks or bubbles. I have several colors and they are all really pretty.

I waited a few days after applying the polish to write this review. One of the best things is the brush and how easily it applies. Color -Olivia is beautiful but not as shinny as I'd thought it would be. Also, like others, the tips of my nails had worn off by the next day although the base of the nail was fine. Drying time seemed longer than other brands. I will add a topcoat next time. Note to Amazon or whoever packed the 3 polishes- they were not in bubble wrap or even wrapped in paper. There was one piece of paper stuffed in the box but not enough to separate the bottles and I could hear them rattling against one another as I opened the box- the Olivia bottle arrived cracked. Need to improve the packing, would have been a mess if broken.

This polish is okay. It goes on smoothly and easily, and maybe lasts a little longer than regular polish . But it is not gel-like at all. It barely hardens. I still needed to use a gel-like clear top coat that I purchased from Walmart.

Easy to apply and looks professionally done. Color is exactly as shown.
