To know how to open the bottle properly!
I could not get the bottle to open properly and had to pull the product up and out by the stem. A real nuisance to do this every day. I can't really see where it was benefitting my upper arms after using it for more than a month? Its not a cheap purchase, not sure if its worth the price? I wouldn't buy it again and other customers BEWARE...

I bought this to firm my upper arms but did not work. After using the whole bottle I did not see any changes. Will not buy again.

This stuff worked for me
Wish I'd done a before photo... I had an accident, broke my collarbone. In a sling for 2 months, lost 5kg which I didn't need. Skin on my arms went slack, dimpled, nasty. Did I mention I'm 67 so wasn't expecting too much. My upper arms are now better than they were 5 years ago. Its a yes from me.
