After reading some of the reviews I'm wondering if we were taking the same suppliment? I only take one a day but felt the effects after the first day, had no problem swallowing them as they dissolve on your tongue with water. The taste wasn't great but if I wanted fruit flavour I'd have bought the gummies. Improved my day-dreariness, gave me more energy and a lot cheaper than some of the same over priced products. The sleeping can be hit and miss, sometimes I can't shut off my brain other times I sleep like the dead.

The good - After taking them for 2 weeks and an initial period of a couple of days of feeling extra tired which wore off as my body got used to them, I am now sleeping better than I have for decades. As somebody who is used to getting no more than 4 or 5 hours sleep a night I managed a 12 hour stint and woke up feeling refreshed, not groggy, which I probably haven't done since I was a teenager. Further to that somebody actually mentioned that I'm looking really "fresh faced" the other day. No idea if this is the NMN or I was just having a good day (haha) but worth noting. The bad - You need to take 3 per day to get the stated dose (so each bottle is only a 1 month supply), which wouldn't be a bad thing if they didn't taste so awful and were somewhat difficult to swallow as they are so dry. The indifferent - I haven't really noticed a change in my energy levels yet as suggested might be the case. If they made these in capsule form I'd happily purchase again but I think I'll try a different brand when this lot are finished, which is a shame as I have really noticed a difference.

These are NOT as described. “Easy to swallow”, they absolutely are not. I wish I’d read reviews before my purchase. They are so chalky and I gagged after taking 1 let alone 3. Direct your purchase elsewhere! Forced to give at least 1 star, but honestly, they’re gross

Does the trick but these pills are gigantic. Really need to sort this out. They literally get lodged in my throat unless I crush them up and the taste is putrid. Not sure what the idea behind that size was.

Unsure if these work yet but the bottle says easy to swallow these start dissolving the second they hit your tongue and taste vile so make it very hard to swallow
