So Good!
I can't stop myself from adding eggs into things but it's very rare for me to not even want to add any seasonings to an instant noodle pack. I tried it without anything first and every bite was delicious but I kept feeling like eggs would definitely elevate it so I added two eggs (I always add the whites first and mix them into the ramen until they're fully cooked, then cool the ramen down with ice to just edible temperatures before adding the yolks) and it was _amazing._ Didn't feel the need to add anything else to it. The only other two instant noodle products I've had like that are Nongshims Veggie Noodle Soup (don't let the name fool you, it's arguably the best tasting) and MAMA's insta variety pack pho. On the spice/heat level, well, I don't think even the third spiciest Buldak Ramyun packs are spicy (not including 3x spicy or even 2x spicy, those are spicy, 2x is tolerable, but the spiciest one after that on their roster might make my nose run and might have the flavor of spiciness but I don't actually feel any spicy effects) so it's difficult for me to feel like I can rate it accurately. They're pretty low on the Buldak Ramyun spicy scale, probably on the lowest rungs, if not lower. Though perhaps putting anything on the Buldak Ramyun Spiciness Scale is unfair... Either way, for this pack, I could barely even taste spicy flavor, let alone feel spicy effects. Nonetheless, it was still very good and I'd definitely encourage you to give it a try. The noodles weren't stale, either, which I found is an incredibly common issue when buying noodles off amazon. I think the price is good, too, considering that anything that isn't the original Shin Ramyun sells for $10 at my local grocery store, I'd definitely continue to buy from this store instead. And did I mention that the noodles _weren't stale???_ Definitely would buy from here again.

Creamy and Cheesy Ramen!
I saw a YouTube video on Nongshim Toomba Ramen and it got me curious! These noodles were a little difficult to find in my area, and certainly not as common as your typical run of the mill instant ramen. Decided to order them on Amazon and they are great! Noodles arrived in good condition. Flavor is cheesy and garlicky with just a hint of spice. I feel like this is Nongshim’s response to the popular competition: Buldak Carbonara, and it delivers! $8.77 for pack of 4 in December 2025, solid value.

Great with veggies and an egg yolk!
These noodles are delicious! I love mixing in some cabbage, carrots, onions, and corn to give it more texture and flavor. The spicy-creamy sauce works perfectly with them. Tip: Add a raw egg yolk at the end; it makes the sauce richer and helps tone down the saltiness and heat. Taking one star off because it's a bit salty on its own, but with add-ons, it’s a 5-star meal!

I’ve tried all the popular ramens but THIS is my all time fav
Absolutely love. It’s by far my new favorite flavor of ramen. Even over Buldak Carbonara! It’s much less sweet and much less spicy. I can actually use the entire spice packet with Shin Toomba unlike Buldak, were I can only use about a 1/3 of the spice packet. Its main flavors are artificial white cheddar, savory chicken, a little bit of spicy pepper, and a very mild sweetness. It’s supposed to emulate the flavor of a spicy alfredo pasta from Outback Steakhouse and it does a great job of that. The texture of the noodles were also amazing. Bouncy yet not too firm. I literally can’t say enough good things about this flavor.

Be prepared for gas
Flavor is pretty good if you like mac n cheese / carbonara, and it's decently spicy which cuts through the richness. But afterwards, it caused lots of stomach gurgling and gas for both me and my dad (lol). Probably wouldn't buy again.

Delicious!
If you cannot take the spice of Buldak or want a lighter tasting Buldak Carbonara—this is for you. I love the price (I got it on sale) and how easy this is to prepare. The noodles are on the thinner side (compared to Buldak). I love to eat this with seaweed and a boiled egg. If you want more flavor, you can add a sausage and cheese (but I found it savory enough).

Tasty!
I know that this is supposed to be the flavor that competes with the buldak carbonara. It doesn't. Regardless, it's still a five star flavor! It's very tasty and has a great texture to the sauce. It is a good value for the money and a good portion size. Not very spicy, but delicious nonetheless if you like a touch of heat. The noodle quality is good despite not being as thick as Korean counterparts. I recommend this. You can always make it hotter if you want to
