Not satisfied at all. Where to begin !! Soon as I put batteries in it and told it to open helmet. It open and then gave the the command to close. Everything closed except the very top piece. Then opened it again and the side panel broke and it won't take commands. The only way anything works is by the remote. Bad thing is I bought this for my grandson. He is a big ironman fan. This makes the second helmet I have bought. These helmets are expensive and come from China. So its not like I can take it back to the store. It took a month or longer to get it. So i am not satisfied with my purchase
