I’ve been using Centrum Silver Men 50+ for a while and it’s still a solid multivitamin. Easy to swallow and does not upset my stomach . I used to take a lot of different vits , but a little research led me to this with all I was taking in one pill . Good product from a company thats been around for a long time . Highly recommend .

My husband takes these everyday. They are easy to swallow and do not cause stomach issues. They are decent in size. I like that they are also for memory, you can never have too much help with that as we get older.

Covers most Vitamins and several minerals. Not sure I need 4,167% of DV of B12 (see label).

It contains all the minerals and nutrients that’s needed for men above 50’s. Excellent product

Thought I would look for these here on Amazon as they so expensive at the local supermarket. The only thing I noticed is that the tablets are a different colour to the ones I have bought there and the bottle is also different. I did do a check to ensure these were the real thing and couldn't find anything to indicate they were not genuine.
