We have 2 moringa trees in our backyard. We use the leaves like we would parsley, and also put the leaves in a food processor to ground them into powder. I use the powder everyday in a protein shake. They really give me a lot of energy

I want to start by saying that the seller is absolutely fantastic, and the product itself appears to be of high quality. However, I must share my personal experience with moringa, which unfortunately wasn't as positive as I'd hoped. As someone who's heard rave reviews about moringa's energy-boosting and health benefits, I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, after taking just one capsule with my evening meal, I experienced severe constipation. It was a real shock, as I'd expected a more positive outcome. I want to emphasize that this might not be the case for everyone, especially those with good gut health. However, I strongly advise consulting with your healthcare professional before trying moringa, especially if you have any pre-existing digestive issues. While my experience was disappointing, I don't want to deter others from trying moringa. Perhaps with proper guidance and precautions, you'll be able to reap the benefits without the drawbacks. I gave 5 stars for the Seller But cautionary 4 for the product

I got these after watching a video that recommended this vitamin, easy to digest, good value but obviously hard to judge the impact its had
