I saw multiple listings of this exact same design and ultimately overlooked that the significantly cheaper set of two was much smaller ~17") than the same design (scaled at ~26") in other listings. Oops! Other than that, the weight and feel are GREAT—much better than I expected for the price range even at the smaller scale—and they are bothe exceedingly sharp. I personally got these just because I live in a tiny place and felt it necessary to have some pointy wall-displays as a last-ditch precaution for home-defense situations; so for that purpose I needed something attractive looking but also somewhat better than a costume prop, and that can be used in tight spaces. I REALLY like these, they're perfectly suited to what I was looking for, the scale surprise however just makes me laugh—it's textbook. P.S. Don't worry about the poor cactus; is a special cultivated thornless garden variety, and I'm cutting it up to propagate it as a locally-native grilled vegetable! Prickly-Pear grows very slowly, so I'm getting as many bits as I can rooted as quickly as possible. YUM!

Better than I'd hoped! Solid, painstaking craftsmanship, the red is translucent and seems to glow...and absolutely deadly! Worth more than I paid for them by half...! Cannot express my satisfaction adequately...if you're thinking of buying a set & hesitant, read this review again...nice work, Guys!

Pretty good machete, I just had to re-epwrao the handle in a way that wasn’t stupid. The way it comes is goofy. When you buy it, unwrap the handle and wrap half hitches all the way down it’s much more comfortable and stronger. Good for the price.

Beautiful and sharp

Got these for my son for Christmas. Definitely a big hit for him.

It isn't what I expected. A little flimsier than I thought it would be. It is kind of sharp, but not sharp enough to cut weeds and definitely not long enough. The color is nice.

Perfect size and evrything.
