I got this since I was interested in doing some metal work and didn't want to spend a bunch of money on all the supplies. This has pretty much everything you need to try out metal stamping and worked great. I have used the stamps and accessories in the kit and it all worked out great. I made some really cute gifts for a few different occasions. I was pleasantly surprised when buying more supplies at the store, it was pretty cheap to do so. Great gift for any age, my boys had fun using this as much as I did. You can make gifts and stuff for any age for any occasion I believe too. Worth every penny to get this awesome kit.

I bought 2 boxes for my 2 granddaughters. They loved it. They immediately started making trinkets on Christmas day. It takes a little practice to get the right level of hammering to imprint successfully into the metal and to get the lettering in a decently straight line. So the 1st couple of trinkets came out unsatisfactory. However, the 2 girls got better. My only quibble is that there are too few metal pieces - bracelets, necklaces, tags, chain. So in a couple of days, my daughter had to go to the craft store and buy more pieces and chain.

The package contained two "F" stamps and no "G" stamp, but 13 year old was still very excited about the kit.

To be honest I bought this mainly for the pliers, but i like that it includes different types of beads to make bracelets, I just don't know what I would use the wooden letters for as they're quite big for a bracelet

Was so excited to do this with my girls, but Half the letters dont work. The letters also came covered in some type of oil that smells soooo bad, that it gave me and 1 daughter a bad headache.

My business is booming thanks to this kit! I absolutely love this!

In case anybody read my first review about this being twice bought, twice returned; that was in error. My kid found the missing item after she was SUPPOSED to be in bed. *SIGH* Kids, right... Well disregard all bad reviews from me, the product is complete, all parts accounted for, and it gets 5-star since she will be using it. She was disappointed when she lost the earring piece. She was excited to tell me she found it. Anyway, with everything in the package, she will enjoy making the jewelry.

I purchased this product with high hope I could hand stamp some cute charms. The kit altogether has everything you would need to hand stamp including stamps, charms and necklaces and the instructions were very easy to follow. However, the actual hand stamping was not. Instructions say to gently tap stamp with hammer provided on metal block 5-7 times to create the stamp. Mind you the instruction and box make the stamp sizes look bigger. They provide you with 1mm sizes. I tried their way, used a heavier hammer and had my husband give it his best force and we still barely got the stamp to show up on the THIN charm. It’s hard to hold the stamp in place and hit it smoothly to not give a blurred look. We researched what we could be doing wrong and even purchased a bigger stamping block and a way bigger set of stamps. The best we could get was a very blurry, unidentifiable letter with their stamps. In the picture I got a very clean letter “J” by using a bigger stamp and by luck! I was very disappointed in this product as it’s a kit and advertised to look easy.
