AHHHHHH!!!!! I am actually ashamed I didn’t try this sooner. But I am mostly ashamed at the fact that I didn’t know what oral thrush was (thank you to the other reviewers who mentioned this and got me to purchase) For as long as I can remember I have had a white film tongue. In the last 5 years it has cotton sooo much worse.. my cheeks would be TORN UP feeling, gums would bleed when I brush my teeth, had ridges and painful white thick lining around my tongue and would get sores. I tried EVERYTHING topical. I used (and still do) special tongue cleansers and brushes and mouth washes and would gargle with just hydrogen peroxide and water. All of this helped a little but barely. I finally did some research and learned about yeast rashes in the mouth (ew lol) and considering the fact that I eat a F ton of sugar and I drink alcohol, constantly get sick blabla the idea that I have a candida but problem made perfect sense. I got this and was not expecting any miracles but chiiiiileeeee I got one. Within a week I already noticed a HUGE difference in my mouth and my overall being. By the end of the cleanse I could hardly remember what it was like to have torn up cheeks and a filmy painful tongue. Also no more bleeding when I brush my teeth. I wish I knew about this years ago!!!!!! I used to be so embarrassed to open my mouth too much or when I saw pics of myself with my mouth open and tongue looking gross. Although I got this for vanity purposes initially- cleaning out my gut has blessed me in other ways. My skin is better (I have seborrheic dermatitis and acne flare ups), my sugar and alcohol cravings went down significantly AND (and I’m scared to say this to jinx anything lol) I have not gotten sick yet this winter even though I ALWAYS DO and everyone around me has been. Important info: you don’t want to use this every month because you don’t want your gut bacteria to get used to it and it eventually stop working. This gives me mild acid reflux the first hour after taking it because of the ingredients but I started taking omezaprole (only when on this cleanse) a minimum of 1 hour prior and that helped a lot. Seriously. Life changer.

This works well for me. I have issues with a yeast rash in my mouth due to a compromised immune system from Lyme Disease. I keep these on hand and it always works. Seems to be quality ingredients and consistent quality

This product is really great. I was experiencing symptoms of oral thrush. Bought this product and started using it and the results was immediately. I have not experienced any notable side effects. As for the taste it is not to write about. I would definitely recommend this product. NB. I did also get Therma Breath Antiseptic mouthwash for a two prongs approach

Didn’t notice a difference stopped taking it.
