These work as advertised, can use them to add resistance to various exercises and make the home workout more effective, they stay where they should and are nice and wide and comfortable. Also nice and compact for storage, which is a always a good thing!

I love that these came in different sizes and strengths and allowed me to build up. They are super durable and made really well, I'm never afraid of them braking or snapping on me. I would absolutely recommend these!

These bands are of good sturdy quality and will actually give you the resistance you want/need for glute workouts. The green band is a bit too loose for me but the pink and yellow are perfect and make good for progressive overload. I did have to order the item three times however and here is why:1. First order came in wrong with only one band instead of three (I double checked to ensure I hadn’t made an error with my order, I did not)2. I returned the first order and had the correct order reissued - this order somehow got lost or missed - in any case we were a week into one day delivery so I cancelled and tried again.3. Third order got to me in one day and was the correct product.(I tried three times as these bands were recommended to me by my cousin. In the end, despite the hassle, I am happy with the product)
