This is a beautiful teapot! It seems well-made, good weight to it, and the turquoise color is lovely. It looks just like the product photo and I think it would make a terrific gift. It is very over-priced, however. I looked at this teapot for several weeks, debating the cost, before finally giving in, but it is just too expensive.

Nice little pot. I agree the top doesnt sit tightly on the pot but I always hold the top when I pour using my Brown Betty or my China pot anyway. So its no biggy but I did deduct a star because of the loose fit.

I ended up returning it and never used it. The teapot itself looks really nice, and we loved the color, but the big negative revolves around the lid. If you keep the infuser inside the pot the lid works fine, but most of the time we use it without the infuser and we could see right away that the lid would fall off with the slightest angle.

The mint green color is rich looking. I love the size of this pot and the handle. The chrome basket snaps into place inside the pot. The lid locks into place inside the basket. The porcelain finish is flawless. I just love this pot and wish I found this sooner.
