Extremely potent. Perfect dosage for falling asleep. Have not touched melatonin since purchasing this months ago. I take half the dosage for day use, if needed. Has also regulated my cortisol levels. Quick absorption (within 30mins) after ingesting.

So much better for me than oxide. Better than others I tried as I noticed normal bowel and not upsetting my tummy as others with bad absorption.
