I have used this line several times now on a few different cars. It is easy to form doesn't seem to kink when bending, makes bubble flares and double flares with no issues. As to it's longevity I can not speak to yet, but the galvanizing seems tough I had a spot i had to form in at 180 deg opposite what I wanted then straighten it back out to run in my line from the front to the back of the car in one piece and none of the galvanizing came off nor did the line kink when I did it so I was pleased. I also did a test and bent the line 180 deg on a 3" diameter, straightened it and re-bent it, straightened it (you get the Idea) 3 complete times with no issue on the 4th time it started to kink from being over stretched so many times but did not brake. so I was impressed at the line quality.

The same quality you would get from an auto parts store. As with any steel line takes some effort to bend and flare. Use proper tools.

Bends well, flares relatively easy, kit includes male ends but no barrel connectors, or female ends. My rear brake line is a two piece from the factory, 2005 Pontiac Bonneville GXP, no replacement parts are available so I bought this kit to replace a line that rusted through. I could have used this kit if I replaced the line from end to end, the bending and routing would have been extremely difficult so I decided to do as the factory did and connect the main line to the back with a barrel connector. The factory connector didn't want to come apart, since this kit does not include barrel connectors, and the local parts store didn't have any either, I ordered a set from Amazon and completed my repair. If the supplier added just one barrel set for each style of thread they include regular connectors for this would be a five star review. They would need to raise the price a little but it would still be worth it.

Used this to replace brake line on a boat trailer. It was easy to work with. Hopefully? It will hold up for a long time.

Used this kit on my wife's 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. Could not locate a factory replacement line and this seemed to be the next best thing to do the job. Got the truck back on the road again with this kit.

Fast shipping, very reasonable price and easy to work with. It flared really well using a harbor fright flaring tool. The nuts are standard size, not metric like some of the other kits. Only thing left is to see how the lines hold up the the road conditions.

Replacing brake lines is not easy. Necessary but not easy and that rating really doesn't represent the product, but the work to install them. They bend easily and that makes the process just about as easy as it can be. Time will tell how well these will hold up, but I expect they will do well even when subjected to road salt this winter in New England. The fittings that came with them were all I needed to complete the work.

Ordered Saturday at 11:40 pm and was on my doorstep before I got back from church. Comes with a variety of fittings ( and extra 3/16th ones) Line is quite hard and obviously the finish doesn't last. BUT the price is phenomenal! I'm super happy with this service.
