I ordered this in hot pink. Color matches the description "hot pink" (flamingo pink), although the product photo appears darker (magenta). I was actually hoping they were magenta as appears in the photo but I'm keeping them anyway because they are so soft and comfy. Washed and tumbled dry without any issues. Anticipate purchasing again in another color.

I purchased a very good towel set: Color - true "Christmas" red Quality - great Drying Speed - quick! Softness - comfy Lint Content - minimal Style - love the design! I would recommend.

This was a ridiculously manufactured towel set. At the outset, lint flew out of the package upon opening it. Because I like the color so much, I decided to launder them and see if they held up. I, ran them through the wash, and then into the dryer they went. The lint from these towels filled my lint catcher three times. Even after the third time emptying it, I still had to pick lint off of the towels as I was folding them. It’s as if the fibers were blown onto these towels rather than a part of the actual fabric being used. These are the poorest quality details I have ever seen.

Soft and lovely. But I ordered 2 sets, and one of the sets still gives off a LOT of fluff all over my bathroom even after a few washes. I don't know what the difference is between them because the other set doesn't do it at all. Still, I don't regret my purchase.

Finally, these towels are a true sage green color- good quality!!!

Very plush. Pleased I chose these over the other Turkish towel selections. Good value and the set is wearing well. Be sure to follow instructions that come with it, for the first washing. Very soft and absorbent . Great vivid blue color, that I ordered. Love the unique pattern on it . Recommend for personal use or as a great gift !

Looks very nice. Love the ribbing. Love that it’s not super thick but not too thin either. They are a good size too. The color is actually black and not some deep dark gray. What I don’t like is how much they shed. I dried the towels without heat over and over, cleaning the lint out of the lint trap after each cycle. It was full of lint each time. If you skip doing that, you’ll have black fibers all over your body, in your tub or sink. Sadly, these towels are not the most absorbent. I don’t know if this is how Turkish cotton is or if this is just poor manufacturing. Because of the lack of absorbency and shedding, I will not buy again. UPDATE: I’ve had these towels for several months now and the shedding still occurs although slightly better. I’m still constantly wiping black fibers off the ledge of my bathroom baseboards, out of the sink, off the toilet, and out of the window sill. Although I have noticed that it’s not as bad as it used to be, now the edges are starting to fray. I finally found some black ribbed towels at Home Goods to replace these with. Those are slight bigger than I was looking for but they work well. I’ve downgraded this review to two stars.

quality and softness

Because these are ribbed they have plush edges that are very soft and quick to dry off water, they're also lighter and more flexible than a standard cotton towel. If you like this style then you'll appreciate them for the quality, they had no visible defects or even loose threads out of the package and after washing. I'm more comfortable with genuine cotton over other options like microfiber polyesters made from plastics. Most towels will fill the lint filter only a couple times and maybe leave a few fluffs on the body after drying off but if it continues they're not good quality. The same goes for loose threads that can be trimmed at first but if it keeps happening they're not worth it. Like all new towels, they need to machine wash in cold water to expand the fibers and dry on maximum heat to become thicker and softer.

When these towelsvarrivedi was thrilled, beautiful color, soft feeling but, after a wash i tried the bath towel after a shower and was appalled at the lack of absorbency. They just don't dry. I've heard the color (red) is the cause but i don't know.

At first I thought the towels were a little flat. After a wash and dry they puffed and fluffed right up. I would definately recommend these. The quality was well worth the price. I ordered them in white and the white colour is a nice warm soft white, not a stark white. I am sooo happy with them!

These are mid at best. They are definitely not almost 5 star quality. They’re sort of absorbent, they’re sort of nice looking but the chunky ribbing style isn’t very structured so it kind of looks like the ribbing is losing its height. Kind of sloppy looking. They’re fine. Update: After 1 year they’ve started to yellow with minimal use. I’m now looking for a replacement. Would I recommend these? No.
