The product is nothing over the top and/or below. Its perfect in how its made. Made for anyone who's not a protein addict. Taste is fine for the price yet too sweet when consumed with water. They should tone down a little bit of that sweetner. No foaming when mixed with milk or water. Sometimes there are lumps if you are mixing it in a glass and not in a shaker. It's 5/10 times occurrence. Creatine is one of the best I have used. The noticeable difference with or without their creatine is huge in terms of endurance and strength. It's also a good mental stabilizer. Cannot exactly say about protein content or quality but when I don't have eggs and I am having this protein powder the difference in energy and recovery is almost same if not better. Sometimes there is uneasiness in gut and weird burps with an darkish after taste and feeling coming deep inside your entire digestive tract, if you have this on empty stomach and/or with only water and milk. I would call this a perfect add-on product for your other dishes like oats bowl, chocolate curd etc. As with all protein powders have enough litres of water overall to avoid constipation. To sum up I would not complain cause it didn't give any health problems. But I will be honest that I didn't feel like consuming it everyday because protein powders are not easy on your bowels (and kidneys) unless paired with a carb and fibre source. Still it's better to consume whole foods. What I have mentioned are normal effects that come with any type of food if taken at wrong time or in an incorrect/excessive amount. Regardless of the price it's decent product and does the job for average people which are majority in the world and need some protein in their diet. The best way to consume this powder is with a recipe with fibre like oats, wheat, chia seeds etc. Best enjoyed with milk to cut down it's excess sweetness.

Check the product ingredients and manufactured date. Good amount of protein and digestive enzymes. Smells like milo and red Chocos( crunch) flavour.
