I currently work from home and have an office chair that looks like it is straight out of the 90’s. It’s your typical leather chair with hard plastic arm rests and can only go up and down. After sitting in this chair from the stone age for well over 10 hours a day, I decided I was going to treat myself to a chair I know would be comfortable to sit in for long periods of time and maybe one that I don’t have to sit cross-cross in since I didn’t have a footrest. Let me tell you!!! 1. This chair came in THE NEXT DAY. Perfectly packaged, super easy instructions and very simple to put together. The bolts were literally packaged together and not in a jumbled bag where you have to deal with plastic everywhere and forgetting what bag you were using so you have to go back and look at the sizes of the bolts/ screws. Nope, easy peasy and I didn’t even have to ask my husband for help! 2. This chair has it all. The lumbar support is supporting. The head rest is not in the way but also very comfy and nice to have. The fabric is great. Easy to wipe down. The height is adjustable and very customizable. The tilt is incredible for those lunch break naps. 3. Let’s talk the traditional office chair squeak. My old chair would squeak and make all kinds of noise if you breathed on it the wrong way. This baby right here? Quiet as a church mouse. I feel like a queen in my new chair. The corporate baddie that plays on PC on the side. Thank you for this chair. Definitely worth the money and I am a research girly. I looked at different chairs and they wanted $30 to ship? I’ve been using the NEO CHAIR for about three months and 19 day and honestly, I’m pretty impressed for the price point. I work from home and also game a few hours most nights, so I needed something that could handle long hours of sitting without killing my back — this chair definitely helps with that. I am sitting on this chair as I write this review. I’ve been using it for a few days now with long hours of gaming. Overall I want to say how great of a chair this is. I’ve ran through many gaming chairs in the past as I play lots of games but I feel that this is the one I will be keeping it as long as it holds. From the moment I got the package to the very assembling of it felt pretty smooth and straight forward. Here is my personal opinion and breakdown of the chair: PROS - Well packaged, delivered quickly and in great condition. - The parts of the chair feel very high quality. No loose threads or scratches. Much better than expected, especially at this price point. - Assembly was a breeze as advertised which took me around 10-15min. All tools and instructions included. - Chair had a pretty good weight to it, and the faux leather felt very sturdy and smooth. - Although being an all black gaming chair, I loved how some parts of the chair is made of different textures like carbon fiber. The details are well thought out. - The seat cushion was very roomy and right amount of plushiness for me. Being a bigger guy I often have problems when sitting for longer periods, but pleasantly surprised. - The padded armrests felt very comfortable and sturdy. - Reclining worked perfect and smoothly. It doesn’t feel wobbly. CONS - I haven’t been able to use the footrest much as I am not a footrest type of guy, and it’s a tad short for myself. But I can say that it is a nice feature to have. - Doesn’t recline all the way, I assume it’s more gaming chair physics than anything. - I prefer the chair without the cushions on it except when I am reclined. TL;DR Well constructed chair that not only looks great but feels comfortable as well. Easy assembly and great value.

Good chair great support. The butt cushion gets a lot less cushiony over time. Writing this review exactly almost 10 months after purchasing and the recliner is bad, now broken and not staying set. The leg rests nice and so are the arm rests.
